This policy explains how WyderNet, LLC ("WyderNet," "we," or "us") handles information when you visit wydernet.com (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. Libraries that subscribe to WyderNet use the platform under a separate agreement, which covers the data in that service.
The only personal information we collect on the Site is what you choose to send us through the demo request form: your name, work email, institution, institution type, role, and whether you're interested in becoming a design partner.
We do not collect payment information on the Site.
We use the information you submit only to respond to your request, schedule a demo, and follow up with you about WyderNet. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
The Site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our website host may use cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the Site securely. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy before we do.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, such as our website host and email provider, or when required by law.
We keep demo request information for as long as we need it to respond and follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for library and higher education professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We will update this policy if our practices change, including before we start collecting any new kind of information, and we will update the date at the top of this page.
