Why we’re building WyderNet
A library may already provide a reading a student is about to buy. Another assigned title may be missing, available in a different edition, or difficult to access.
Students feel it too. Readings are spread across the catalog, databases, course pages and the bookstore, and it isn’t always clear which version to use or where to find it.
Answering those questions course by course takes work. WyderNet helps libraries make that connection systematically, while keeping librarians in control of collection and access decisions.

Founder & Product Lead
Tamir works with libraries to shape WyderNet’s product and direction. He brings more than 20 years in library technology, product, and strategy, including more than 11 years at EBSCO.
Guy Shahaf
Chief Technology Officer
Guy builds WyderNet’s technology and leads the Library Information Systems team at Technion. He brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and cloud architecture.
Shay Gabay
Data, AI & Operations
Shay investigates complex data questions and evaluates WyderNet’s AI models, helping shape the product for libraries and students.
